The Project

My Contributions

This project is a quick short project to design the user interface for Covid-Test Registration in Eindhoven Airport and as well in the test centres in Apeldoorn.

Our Client

Our client, the Teststraat Apeldoorn arose from a great need for fast Covid testing capacity for residents, companies and general practitioners in Apeldoorn.

My job was to simplify the process as much as possible and make it intuitive  and straight forward for the users to register their test appointment, as well as improve the visual appeal of the entire app. The most important part of the project was designing the onboarding flow that ensures a smooth and fast  experience for the user. For this project I created wireframes, defined flows, designed the UI

Seamless Registration

When I designed registration forms, I was keeping in mind that they are for the user and the smoother the registration process, the more delighted our customers will be. Here are some of my focus as following:

  • Flow Like a Waterfall for a faster process (not to exceed 4 steps total);
  • Don’t make the user fill in the same field twice ( for example: telephone number);
  • Provide guidance by showing users the proper input format to save time and reduce guesswork.
